Driving in Different Weather Conditions Lesson

This lesson will teach students how to drive safely in all weather conditions with a focus on driving safely in snow and ice.

Distracted Driving Lesson

This lesson dives into the serious dangers of distracted driving. Students will learn the three types of distraction (visual, cognitive, and manual) and how to be safer, less distracted, drivers. Students will also learn how to be helpful, less distracting, passengers.

ScanEd: Physics of a Crash Lesson

ScanEd: Physics of a Crash is an educational program to teach teens the dangers of unsafe driving behaviors. The presentation combines the physics of a crash with videos to show teen drivers what happens to the vehicle and the occupants’ internal organs when a crash occurs. The presentation uses science to demonstrate the importance of buckling up and obeying speed limits.
